Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team under a shared vision

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
10+ years in product engineering/R&D
5+ years leading engineering teams
3+ years engineering experience in Solar Ground Mount racking systems
Strong leadership
Strategic thinking
Continuous improvement
Technical proficiency with tools like CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Structural Engineering degree
