Responsibilities

Performing tests, analysis, and/or verification steps to assure that raw materials, batched product, and finished product exceeds established quality standards
Verifying conformity through measurement and assessment
Following procedures, policies, and instructions
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Working weekends or holidays may be required to get the job done

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required
Strong attention to detail!
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions is essential for this role

Preferred

College Diploma or University Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or relevant science is desired
1+ years of experience in food, pharmaceutical industry, or manufacturing environment is preferred
Experience with GMP, HACCP, FSMA, FCC/USP/ASTA test methods, aseptic technique and food or pharmaceutical production
Ability to understand and/or speak Spanish is a plus!
Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft office such as excel and outlook
Experience with SAP or an electronic result entry
