As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Team, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations to deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry
Support emergency preparedness by following established protocols for various scenarios, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and other incidents
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures
Provide visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and promote a secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
Access control or badge experience is preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
A guard card or license is preferred
