Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and develop new and existing accounts
Survey building systems, interpret drawings, and evaluate equipment conditions
Perform load calculations; size piping and ductwork; and select appropriate equipment
Identify opportunities for repair, replacement, or modification of existing systems
Prepare and present proposals for equipment replacement, renovations, and design-build projects
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Stay current with industry standards, technologies, and energy-efficient solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in mechanical project sales or a related field
Proven ability to design and oversee HVAC piping and ductwork systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
Innovative mindset with the ability to enhance sales and marketing strategies
Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems
Ability to design piping and duct systems
Field experience installing commercial HVAC equipment
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, wiring, and automatic control systems
Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment conditions, job conditions, and potential issues
