Responsibilities

Manage depot capability activation projects from proposal through completion
Coordinate and integrate with customer and supplier stakeholders
Work with cross functional teams to analyze supplier/depot data to develop and execute plans
Report and manage progress, challenges, and milestone completions for multiple parallel projects
Identify and mitigate project risks
Baseline, execute, and hold accountability for project schedules to achieve on-time delivery of capabilities

Required

At least 3 years of project management in aerospace/defense
Demonstrated success delivering multi-year, multi-budget contracts (e.g., IDIQ, Cost-Plus-Award-Fee) that include both infrastructure and technical elements
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (IPMA Level A/B, DoD PM)
Proficient in Tableau; xml coding
Active Secret Security Clearance

Preferred

Earned Value Management (EVM) certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher highly desirable
