Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of Healthy Together deployments across SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, and federal programs
Lead customer onboarding, deployment coordination, and ongoing success planning
Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s goals, operations, and desired outcomes — proactively identifying opportunities to deliver measurable impact
Act as a gatekeeper and advocate: protecting engineering and product resources while ensuring customer needs are represented and prioritized
Drive operational excellence through customer success metrics, data tracking, and quarterly business reviews
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that meet both internal and partner needs — supporting Healthy Together’s program tracking and operational visibility while co-creating tailored dashboards with state partners to measure impact, adoption, and shared success metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and communicate change management strategies for new releases, integrations, and process updates
Contribute to internal resource creation, playbooks, and reporting frameworks to improve the scalability and consistency of the Customer Success function
Support customer communication efforts, ensuring updates, trainings, and technical changes are clearly and effectively communicated
Facilitate structured feedback loops between partners and internal teams to continuously improve product fit and program outcomes

Required

2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Program Management, Consulting, or a related client-facing role
Strong analytical skills — able to conduct basic data analysis in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, COUNTIF/IF statements, and merges - for example)
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; able to distill complexity into clear, compelling messaging
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous or unstructured feedback into clear, actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes for both partners and internal teams
Experience collaborating across engineering, design, product, and operations teams in an agile or fast-paced environment
Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex problems in ambiguous settings
Passion for improving public sector efficiency and citizen experience

Preferred

Experience in system design, program management, or product management for a SaaS product
SQL proficiency
Experience working with federal, state, or local governments or other large enterprise partners
Previous experience supporting technology rollouts, change management, or communications for government or large enterprise partners
