Customer Quality Engineer

Responsibilities
Represent the Voice of the Customer within the organization
Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions
Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances
Enable and coach employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/ stakeholder point of view
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
The ideal candidate should have at least a basic knowledge of 2 of the following principles and should be able to elaborate on the concepts: 5S, 8D Reports, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
Ability to lead a team and work with cross-functional teams
Great communication skills and diplomacy to deal with our customers
Good knowledge of MS Office
Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States
