Concentric Integration, a subsidiary of Baxter & Woodman, Inc., is seeking an Automation Engineering Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting in the design of water/wastewater technology and automation systems, as well as providing support for municipal clients.

Responsibilities

Assists staff with providing conceptual design, solutions, and/or product specifications per end-user requirements
Assists with in-house PLC/OIT/HMI programming and testing
Assists with control panel fabrication which includes control panel component mounting, wiring, and testing
Assists with onsite work for municipal clients including instrumentation configuration, hardware installation, and control system and process start-up/testing
Occasionally, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance

Required

Ongoing pursuit of a 2-year or 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field
Advanced Computer Skills, Literacy, & Proficiency

Able to interact with other design staff easily
Possess effective organizational skills for productive tasks and time management
Able to identify and solve problems promptly
