Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in Nevada
Insurance defense experience required
Background in trucking/transportation law
2+ years of post-bar litigation experience
Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
First-chair trial experience preferred
