Responsibilities

Interact with internal Fiserv resources to understand current and prospective client needs and challenge and recommend solutions that align with Fiserv product offerings

Develop and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements, considering factors like functionality, cost and compliance

Support various internal teams through the sales cycle including, but not limited to, sales, proposal management, and product

Work with product and technology teams to determine options which may require future development or new offering opportunities

Learn, understand and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for current Fiserv solution offerings across the plastics business

Required

Knowledge of Plastic Manufacturing & Personalization, (e.g., credit card and debit card) operations and related systems

8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational, work and/or military experience

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required

Knowledge of Fiserv and/or Industry for Plastics operations and related systems

Strong experience in relationship building with both Internal and External business partners

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
