Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for Owner Quality and Commissioning at the site level, ensuring program requirements are met through proactive management, technical oversight, and diligent reporting
Develop a quality culture to support timely delivery of a high-quality data center
Full-time on site, align commissioning scope, set up tools, and assist with safety programs
Attend various project meetings and participate in testing and issue resolution
Review qualifications, monitor resources, and ensure support
Review project documents and ensure completeness
Provide and review commissioning schedule, attend meetings, and monitor inspections
Participate in change order meetings and review proposals
Transfer lessons learned and advise on milestones
Detail equipment issues, champion lessons learned, and support defect analysis
Manage Commissioning Agent and QA teams, oversee field engineering, and support quality culture
Handle checklist management, BIM, change control, and issue resolution
Train on metrics, develop site metrics, and provide performance reporting
Manage access, onboarding, resources, and invoices

Required

10 years of commissioning experience (All phases of commissioning)
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering
Strong leadership background to lead external general contractors, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and internal company operations teams
Ability to work under tight deadlines and can adapt and adjust scheduling, sequences of commissioning, and resources
Has worked in a data center/mission-critical facility
Cost Tracking, Scheduling Projects, Leadership Skills/ Soft Skills, Technical Questions: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering related
