Responsibilities
Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financials goals
Learn to be a multiplier and lead by example
Learn how to attract and build a team
Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 6/7, Series 63/66
Have an official Leadership Role, and mentor new advisors to build what you have built in Year 1
Continue to run your own Financial Planning Practice
Qualification
Required
Must be near Saint Petersburg, FL
Outgoing and high energy
Desire to run their own business
Ability to be their own boss
Flexibility to make their own schedule
Strives in a fast pace environment with new challenges daily
Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 6/7, Series 63/66
Preferred
2 years of management experience
