Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and consolidations
Responsible for month, quarter and year end close
Prepare monthly journal entries and adjusting journal entries
Perform Balance Sheet and P&L accounts reconciliation
Maintain monthly supporting schedule (depreciation, amortization, roll-forward schedules etc.)
Review financial statement trend and propose adjustments
Work closely with the Accounts Payable team for invoice, payment, and accrual accuracy
Assists in the preparation of various monthly reports for the management team
Manage, coach and train teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
Min of 5-7 years of accounting experience
Publicly traded company experience needed
Must have supervisory experience
Experience with heavy volume, fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Inter-company consolidation experience
Large company background
Preferred
MBA a plus
CPA a plus
Public accounting experience preferred
