Responsibilities
Help shape the future of Web3 by empowering innovative, high-impact applications across the Sei Blockchain
Work with a team at the forefront of blockchain technology, collaborating closely with ecosystem partners to develop cutting-edge dApps spanning diverse Web3 domains
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-stack development experience, with hands-on involvement in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications
Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language, such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Go, or Rust
1+ year of Web3 experience, including building and deploying dApps end-to-end (smart contract integration, backend services, frontend interaction)
Solid experience with database systems, including SQL and/or NoSQL databases, applied in real-world production environments
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team
Preferred
Additional strengths are a plus, such as strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, leadership potential, or domain expertise (e.g. Web3, Fintech, SaaS)
