Define and execute Sentinela’s global marketing strategy aligned with corporate vision, product roadmap, and growth objectives
Build and strengthen Sentinela’s brand as a trusted open finance and Web3 infrastructure provider for institutional markets
Develop clear positioning and messaging that articulates Sentinela’s value proposition across fintech, financial institutions, and Web3 ecosystems
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, regions, and stakeholder touchpoints
Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, platform updates, and market expansions
Design and execute demand generation programs targeting banks, fintechs, Web3 platforms, and enterprise clients
Partner with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to support pipeline growth and client acquisition
Leverage data-driven marketing analytics to optimize campaign performance and ROI
Translate complex open finance, blockchain, and Web3 capabilities into clear, compelling narratives
Develop product marketing assets including value propositions, pitch decks, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content
Support institutional adoption by aligning marketing messaging with regulatory, security, and compliance considerations
Enable sales teams with effective messaging, tools, and competitive insights
Position Sentinela as a thought leader in open finance, Web3, and financial innovation
Drive visibility through industry events, conferences, media, and strategic partnerships
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to co-create marketing initiatives and joint market entry strategies
Oversee PR, communications, and external messaging across global markets
Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team spanning brand, growth, content, and communications
Foster collaboration across marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership
Develop scalable marketing processes, tools, and performance frameworks
Champion a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Own marketing KPIs aligned to brand growth, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
Manage marketing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
Implement analytics and reporting systems to measure campaign effectiveness and strategic outcomes
Continuously optimize marketing operations for scalability and efficiency
Qualification
Required
18+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership within fintech, financial services, Web3, or technology-driven industries
Proven success building and scaling global marketing functions in high-growth environments
Strong understanding of financial infrastructure, open finance, digital assets, or Web3 ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into market-ready narratives
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
