Administrative Assistant
Atlantic Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client in Boston, MA, at a leading asset management firm. This in-office role provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, international and domestic travel coordination, meeting preparation, and daily workflow oversight.

Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and communicate changes on behalf of senior leaders
Coordinate domestic/international travel and prepare timely expense reports
Greet visitors, assist with meeting prep, manage catering, and support general office upkeep
Help organize events, conferences, and special projects as needed
Draft and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
Handle emails, calls, and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3-6 years of experience supporting senior-level professionals in a corporate or financial environment
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Organized, communicative, and solutions-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in calendar and travel management platforms
