Responsibilities

Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Octagos Health’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts
Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Travel: Travel to client locations as needed to build and strengthen relationships and close sales

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
5 -10 years of sales experience, with a necessary focus on cardiac rhythm management / electrophysiology sales
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in CRM software (Pipedrive, Sales Force) and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as required
