Inside Sales Support
MainTek Products, Inc. is a fast-growing distributor supporting contractors, builders, and service professionals. They are seeking an Inside Sales Support professional who will handle customer communication, quoting, and order execution while collaborating with Account Managers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely service.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and emails on the main line
Help customers with product questions and basic technical guidance
Support Account Managers with follow-ups and day-to-day customer communication
Build quotes and bids based on customer needs
Research products, specs, and vendors to find the right solutions
Prepare accurate orders for submission while protecting margin
Contact vendors for pricing, availability, and lead times
Assist with technical clarification when needed
Escalate complex technical issues appropriately (you’re not expected to know everything)
Enter and maintain customer, quote, and order data in CRM systems
Document details clearly so nothing falls through the cracks
Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations to ensure smooth fulfillment
Work closely with Account Managers, Purchasing, and leadership
Help balance workload during high-volume periods
Communicate clearly to prevent errors, delays, or surprises
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfort handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity and willingness to learn technical products
Attention to detail and respect for process
A team-first mindset — we win or lose together
Preferred
Industry experience is helpful but not required
