Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is focused on managing information and data for their computer data system (SAP) used in product building. The Engineering Support Technician will be responsible for creating and maintaining bills of materials, processing engineering documents, and assisting the Estimating Team within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for creation and maintenance of bills of materials and shop routings in our computer data system. This role is critical for the creation and releasing of engineering information that drives our teams in Operations, Purchasing, Accounting and others to build our OEM, Automation, Versatran, and Bluebird products

Gather needed documents to process new and revised projects (customer drawings, 3D models, quotes, customer PO)

Process internal and external revisions and communicate with our teams the details of the revisions

Print drawings and distribute to shop work areas

Assist Estimating Team as needed: printing drawings, working RFQ’s with suppliers, miscellaneous tasks
