Information Technology

Responsibilities

Lead product planning and end-to-end development across the full stack
Own technical decision-making from frontend to APIs to data models
Build and deploy production software with scalability, security, and reliability in mind
Shape and reinforce a strong engineering culture rooted in ownership and execution
Support the expansion of the engineering team as the business grows
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and hands-on technical guidance
Design and evolve deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and operational tooling
Collaborate closely with founders, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver real customer impact

Required

Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript across Node.js and Next.js applications
Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including DevOps workflows
Strong experience designing data schemas and writing efficient queries, preferably with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
Product-minded engineer with experience contributing to prioritization and roadmap decisions
Strong full stack experience including frontend development, API design, and backend systems
Several years of professional software engineering experience with increasing responsibility
Experience integrating and consuming third-party APIs
