Responsibilities

Become a product expert: Dive into our documentation, learn how the platform works, and use that knowledge to help customers succeed
Help customers win: Lead demos, guide proof-of-concepts, and ensure customers see the value
Simplify technical concepts: Break down APIs, integrations, and billing workflows into clear, actionable steps for customers
Own and drive your tasks: Take full responsibility for your work, from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for customers
Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent open source: Show customers why an open-source approach gives them control, transparency, and a better way to scale their business

Required

2 to 4 years of closing experience, ideally with former SDR experience
Experience with developer tools, APIs, or billing/fintech software
Strong ownership mindset—comfortable building pipeline, leading demos, and managing deals end-to-end
Curiosity and the ability to learn quickly
Ability to simplify technical concepts and solve problems creatively
Eager to learn and pick up new skills
Clear communicator who can explain complex ideas in simple, relatable ways
Ambitious and accountable, aiming for excellence while owning work
Reliable and proactive, taking initiative and solving problems creatively
