Responsibilities
To coordinate and provide educational programs for Genesis Health System and the general community
Coordinating programs by following American Heart Association (AHA) and other regulatory guidelines
Managing compliance of participant records
Managing instructors
Supervision of all training center operations
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2 year college program or equivalent experience
Field Of Study: Health Care Studies
Basic Life Support Instructor and ACLS Instructor; PALS Instructor w/in 6 months of hire
Strong Computer Skills/ Working knowledge of Office 2007
More than 3 years experience required
Interaction is with a variety of people inside or outside the organization
Requires a moderate amount of interpersonal skills
Work requires heavy physical exertion and effort
Forces exerted are equivalent to lifting between 25 to 50 pounds
The need for physical stamina and endurance is great
Job requirements for manual dexterity and physical manipulation are high
