Responsibilities
Serve as the process owner for campaign execution across email, landing pages, and paid media, supporting Growth, Lifecycle, Global Campaigns marketing teams
Scope campaign requirements, assess complexity, and lead capacity planning to ensure smooth and timely execution
Consult on best practices in Marketo and Braze, with a focus on automation, scalability, and operational design
Design and execute complex nurture and trigger campaigns, then standardize and scale them for broader use
Partner with marketing stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and optimize campaign delivery
Lead programs to address recurring execution challenges—defining objectives, success metrics, and building repeatable processes
Identify operational risks early, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and implement sustainable solutions
Drive ongoing improvements in marketing execution through process innovation, automation, and efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Regional and Demand Marketing, Engineering, and Design to align on priorities and execution strategy
Maintain scalable documentation and support coordination with offshore production teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a marketing automation or campaign management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
3+ years of proven expertise in Marketo and Braze, with a strong track record of developing scalable programs and driving successful campaign outcomes
Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively and tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset to track performance metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proactive, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
Preferred
Experience in the technology or financial services sectors, ideally within a high-growth company
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and landing page optimization
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in campaign execution
Strong adaptive skills with a proven ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Experience managing or collaborating with an offshore production team to streamline operations
