Guide projects from initial concept through final installation, ensuring quality, functionality, and design excellence
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specification
Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and synthesizing layout designs for aesthetic and functional goals
Strong skills in Construction Drawings, project documents, and technical drafting
Excellent project management abilities, including budget oversight, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a team
Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, with at least 5 years of professional experience in high-end residential design
Preferred
Knowledge of sustainable and modern design principles is a plus
