The role involves managing operational technology and cyber security initiatives while implementing intelligent and sustainable facility solutions at the regional level.

Responsibilities
Implement intelligent and sustainable workspace solutions within the assigned region
Design, implement, and operate Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems at regional facilities
Serve as the regional point of contact for Building Control System (BCS) and operational technology programs
Execute global Smart Building strategies within the regional context
Monitor and report on regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support global tracking and performance optimization
Build strong relationships and collaborate with regional internal and external stakeholders
Own regional BCS and Operational Technology (OT) KPIs and report progress to the Global Director
Coordinate regional meetings with local client stakeholders and project sponsors
Provide regular progress reports to the Global Director and regional leadership teams
Execute escalation procedures and implement decisions from the Global Director for changes, new devices, and remediation projects
Deploy innovation, best practices, playbooks, and standards as defined by global leadership
Provide regional technical expertise on BCS, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, networks, suppliers, and associated processes
Ensure regional agreements are active and supported with appropriate local headcount
Drive awareness and capability enhancement within regional JLL service delivery teams
Monitor regional emerging threats and conduct vulnerability assessments, ensuring remediation within established timelines
Stay informed about industry changes and advancements, sharing insights with global leadership and leveraging JLL-T and other internal platforms
Manage the implementation and lifecycle of operational technology networks across regional smart building environments
Implement OT network standards, segmentation strategies, and secure integration with IT systems as established by global policies
Execute monitoring, assurance, and resilience measures to ensure regional OT network availability, performance, and cybersecurity compliance
Lead regional incident response and remediation activities for OT networks, escalating to global leadership when required
Support continuous improvement initiatives through regional performance analytics and benchmarking aligned with global security frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST)
Qualification
Required
Experience in implementing intelligent and sustainable workspace solutions
Proficiency in designing, implementing, and operating Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems
Ability to serve as the regional point of contact for Building Control System (BCS) and operational technology programs
Experience executing global Smart Building strategies
Capability to monitor and report on regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with regional internal and external stakeholders
Experience in owning regional BCS and Operational Technology (OT) KPIs
Ability to coordinate regional meetings with local client stakeholders and project sponsors
Experience providing regular progress reports to leadership teams
Ability to execute escalation procedures and implement decisions from the Global Director
Experience deploying innovation, best practices, playbooks, and standards
