Responsibilities
Own governance standards for customer contracts, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Review and resolve complex contractual matters, balancing commercial objectives with risk management
Provide guidance and influence to senior stakeholders on contract interpretation and risk exposure
Establish controls to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in onboarding and billing workflows
Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue leakage, compliance gaps, and operational breakdowns
Drive improvements through process optimization, automation, and technology enablement
Lead and develop a team focused on contract review, compliance, and quality assurance
Set clear performance expectations and foster accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure contract terms are operationalized effectively
Influence cross-functional priorities and support scalable, customer-focused solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in contract management, compliance, or operational risk roles
3+ years in a leadership or people-management capacity
Strong working knowledge of contract principles, billing systems, and ERP-driven processes
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and lead through change
Contract interpretation and risk assessment
Stakeholder influence and negotiation
Operational excellence and process improvement
