Responsibilities

Deliver, install, and set up Document Solutions water cooler systems at customer locations

Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, and basic troubleshooting on water systems

Explain product features and maintenance requirements to customers in a professional and friendly manner

Complete service documentation using both digital and paper-based tools

Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors to coordinate service calls

Follow proper inventory control and safety protocols related to water systems

Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy at all customer sites

Deliver and assist with the setup of copier equipment when assigned

Perform basic handyman tasks including light construction, simple repairs, and painting

Assist with general warehouse duties when needed, such as equipment staging or organization

Operate Microsoft Office Suite and input basic device settings when required

Required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools
