Responsibilities
Partner with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and define clear learning objectives
Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including eLearning modules, interactive tutorials, job aids, and instructional videos
Create detailed course outlines, storyboards, and scripts tailored to diverse audiences with varying levels of digital fluency
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to ensure effective, learner-centered outcomes
Translate complex digital tools and technical content into accessible, user-friendly language and visuals
Collaborate with The Moore Group's internal teams (design, change management, communications) to enhance the overall learning experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, English, Communications, Learning Sciences, or a related field
5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in digital transformation, technology adoption, or the pharmaceutical sector
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in designing and developing eLearning and multimedia instructional assets
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline) and LMS platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Preferred
Experience supporting pharmaceutical or Big4
Knowledge of learning analytics and evaluation methods to measure the impact and effectiveness of training
Proficiency in multimedia design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative) for high-quality visual and interactive elements
