Co-Op, Crew Technology - Strategy (Summer 2026)
Delta Air Lines is seeking a Crew Technology Strategy Co-Op to support the Strategy and PMO team in driving operational efficiency and technology improvements for Crew Resources. Responsibilities
Assist with project coordination and support the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and implementation activities
Help organize and clarify business requirements for technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, IFS, FOP, OCC, OAP, ODS, HR)
Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives and decision-making
Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights and project findings to stakeholders at various levels
Support the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Management content (e.g., SOPs, Glossary of Terminology, team pages)
Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and help communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support project goals and deliverables
Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Self-sufficient and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure
Eager to accept responsibility and contribute to value-added projects
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization
Able to commit to three alternating work semesters
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work with and safeguard confidential and sensitive information
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience working in cross-departmental teams or on technology-related projects
Demonstrated analytical thinking, curiosity, and creative problem-solving
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Interest in airline operations, project management, or technology development
