Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and development teams to ideate and design software solutions

Develop client-side and server-side architecture for scalable, secure applications

Build intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing frontend interfaces

Develop and maintain robust databases, backend services, and APIs

Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of applications

Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing systems and functionalities

Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure product quality

Implement security and data protection best practices across all development layers

Build features with a mobile-responsive design approach

Write clear, maintainable technical documentation

Collaborate with data teams to optimize data workflows and improve platform intelligence

Required

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend-focused Developer

Banking industry experience in at least one of the following areas: Credits, Accounting, Core Banking, Transfers (SWIFT, EFT, SEPA, etc.), Treasury, or Financial Analysis

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Strong proficiency in frontend fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue

Proficiency with server-side languages and frameworks such as .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python

Familiarity with database technologies such as MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB

Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns

Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting
