Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated/manual test plans to ensure platform reliability
Identify, document, and track bugs, working closely with engineers to resolve issues
Validate new features (e.g., live streaming, interactive elements) for performance and usability
Diagnose and resolve technical issues across frontend, backend, and APIs
Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize streaming performance
Support new feature development, third-party integrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives
Explore innovative solutions to enhance user engagement (e.g., real-time stats, personalized content)
Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliverables
Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and testing protocols

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Curiosity to learn streaming technologies (e.g., video players, CDNs)

Preferred

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps practices
Experience in media/streaming or fast-paced startup environments
Understanding of agile methodologies
