Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager Consumer Insights to lead analytics and strategic insights for their wine & spirits portfolio. This role involves translating complex data into executive-ready insights that drive brand strategy and commercial growth, while collaborating closely with Marketing and Brand Management.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis of brand and category performance using NielsenIQ/Circana , POS, loyalty, and consumer panel data
Develop executive-level insights that inform brand strategy, innovation pipelines, and go-to-market decisions
Own and evolve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to enable self-service analytics and data democratization
Identify emerging shopper behaviors, macro category trends, and whitespace growth opportunities in wine & spirits
Partner with Marketing and Brand Management on annual brand planning , prioritization of growth levers, and performance tracking
Serve as a thought leader on consumer and shopper insights, elevating data literacy across teams through workshops and training
Support supplier and brand narratives with fact-based insights and compelling data visualization
Collaborate cross-functionally to define business questions, oversee research execution, and translate findings into action

Required

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
6–8+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or consulting within CPG, preferably wine & spirits or beverage alcohol
Deep hands-on experience with NielsenIQ and/or Circana; strong understanding of syndicated data structures and applications
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and data storytelling; Excel and PowerPoint expertise required
Strong strategic and consultative mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Demonstrated success translating complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations
Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and brand marketing principles
Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Preferred

Experience with qualitative research, shopper studies, or retailer-specific analytics
