Responsibilities
Ideate, film, edit, and post 5 short-form videos per week on social accounts you manage (IG, TikTok, Facebook)
Own the full content lifecycle from hook to filming to editing to posting—independently
Create content optimized for virality, retention, and platform-specific algorithms
Experiment with different formats, angles, hooks, and storytelling styles to maximize reach
Stay on top of trends, sounds, memes, and formats relevant to the personal finance niche
Track performance metrics (views, engagement, retention) and iterate based on what works
Maintain consistent posting cadence and high content quality
(Future) Take on additional responsibility managing multiple accounts or mentoring other creators
Qualification
Required
Experienced UGC creators with a track record of viral or high-performing content
Creators who deeply understand what makes videos perform on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
Must own an iPhone 15 or newer
Must speak excellent English (non-native speakers welcome if fluency is demonstrated)
Open to creators of any age or gender
Self-starters who can work independently with minimal hand-holding
Preferred
Short-form video storytelling
Strong hook writing and on-camera presence
Understanding of platform algorithms and trends
Fast editing and iteration workflows
Ability to test multiple angles quickly
Comfort managing and growing social accounts
Consistent execution and discipline
