Build and manage a diverse client base by providing personalized insurance solutions
Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement
Build relationships with local organizations (schools, farm organizations, chambers of commerce) to identify partnership opportunities
Oversee daily operations including marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives
Guide clients in selecting appropriate coverage that best meets their needs
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to communicate and problem-solve
Some knowledge of farming or agricultural background
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and drive
5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development; insurance experience is an advantage
Passionate about giving back to the community and making a positive impact
Preferred
Insurance and sales experience a plus
