Law Practice
Responsibilities
Manage or support insurance defense cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda
Conduct or assist with depositions, hearings, and mediations
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
Contribute to trial preparation, strategy, and case evaluation
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, high-quality representation
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in Georgia
For Associate candidates: 2+ years of post-bar litigation experience
For Senior/Partner candidates: 10+ years of post-bar litigation experience
Insurance defense experience
Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
Background in trucking/transportation law is a plus
First-chair trial experience is a plus
