Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design
Strong skills in RCRA and related environmental engineering applications
Experience in Project Management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar programs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety standards
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain one is a plus with ability for KY and TN registration
