Required

Demonstrated leadership skills, including Team Leadership and the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals effectively
Experience with Process Improvement methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and project outcomes
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are highly desirable
Advanced degree preferred
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial production sector is a strong advantage
