Reef Digital is a boutique digital marketing agency focused on customer acquisition and scalable lead generation. They are seeking a sales partner who will own the front end of growth by sourcing, qualifying, and closing new clients into both one-time projects and recurring engagements.

Responsibilities
Prospect and engage businesses that need lead generation and customer acquisition support
Build, manage, and scale your own qualified sales pipeline
Lead discovery calls centered on growth goals, funnels, CAC, and lead volume
Create and refine your own sales prompts, scripts, and messaging, leveraging provided case studies and real performance examples
Help shape and improve pitch decks and sales materials in collaboration with leadership
Position Reef Digital as a long-term acquisition partner
Close new clients into one-time projects and ongoing retainers
Qualification
Required
Experience selling lead generation, digital marketing, or agency services
Strong experience creating sales prompts, scripts, and structured sales conversations
Marketing knowledge is a strong plus (paid media, funnels, SEO, CRO, analytics)
Comfortable owning the full sales cycle end-to-end
Strong understanding of pipelines, conversion rates, and customer acquisition economics
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
