Promote and upsell MaxxSouth services to new and existing customers, while fostering customer retention through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge
Provide accurate information regarding billing, products, services, and company policies
Process payments and verify field appointment times
Maintain accurate daily cash transactions and balance registers
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent- required
Previous experience in a customer service environment- required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
