This role involves acting as a database administrator and super-user for various data systems, contributing to patient safety initiatives and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Responsibilities
Acts as database administrator and super-user for the event reporting system, serious event database (Patient Safety Portal) and other data sources such as Tableau
Supports the work of the Patient Safety and Risk Management Teams, Patient Advocate Department, and leaders across the organization
Plays a key role in Mainline Health Patient Safety Initiatives and in promoting a culture that emphasizes safety in all aspects of its operations
Qualification
Required
Ability to organize data in a meaningful way using detailed summary or graphical formats
Excellent verbal and written skills to interface and negotiate with staff, vendors, insurance companies and government agencies
Three to 5 years of experience with Tableau, SQL Server, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access
Preferred
Previous project management experience
Medical terminology, clinical diagnosis, and procedures acquired through education and or experience in a healthcare related environment
