Director of Agency Services (Marketing Agency)
Elevation Marketing is a 25-year-old independent data-driven B2B marketing agency focused on driving marketing strategies for enterprise organizations. The Director of Agency Services will oversee agency operations, manage teams, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing services while fostering collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations, including workflow processes, resource allocation, and project management, to enhance productivity and efficiency
Lead, mentor and support the operations project management and Agency Services teams (Digital, Content, Creative), providing guidance, hands on interaction to foster a collaborative environment
Sets operational needs for clients in partnership with Account Management and New Business addresses issues that arise
Leads quality assurance for the agency deliverables
Owns and manages the standards for training and documentation related to all agency operations
Engages with department leads and management team to support the development of intradepartmental processes to ensure consistency in documentation and training for all agency processes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client objectives
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement
Leads technology solutions including AI implementation initiatives for agency services and cross-functional processes and needs
Lead operational execution based on vision for the agency and Management Team goals
Oversees the quality and end deliverables of all creative, strategic, and production work that leaves the agency
Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Develops, manages and enforces agency wide processes related to the delivery of agency services
Manages the results of the Traffic Manager, Creative Director, PR & Social Media Manager, content teams, and the Digital Team
Provides guidance and support for all production area leaders and team member
Supports the strategic process, aligning deliverables (from research to marketing plans and creative outputs) to topline client’s objectives
Aids, manages, and helps prepare proposals and pitch decks during the new business process that results in adding new clients
Review & approve major agency wide deliverables ensuring quality control
Manage expenses in a prudent yet productive way
Review and approve estimates of work created by Traffic
Oversees and handles outside freelancer and vendor pool
Monthly and yearly employee one-on-ones and reviews
Working with managers to Integrate agency services
Continue to develop and implement standardized tools and processes to foster consistency over time and across client campaigns and projects
Manages/drives teams’ utilization
Recommends and gets agency buy in on agency policies, operations, systems and processes
Help create/lead a positive and productive agency culture that drive employee retention, client satisfaction, and agency results
Qualification
Required
10-15 years strong marketing/advertising agency experience
Experience working with and managing PR, Creative, Digital, and Project Management services inside an agency
Experience, drive and tenacity to work with our teams helping to manage change, process and culture
A passion for training, mentoring, and training staff and others in the agency
Proficient in a variety of management methods and processes
Great attention to detail
Experience in both project and department budgeting
A demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability
Good oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter
Preferred
Experience in B2B marketing a plus
Experience managing growth and process change
