Responsibilities

Break into mid-market and enterprise accounts using smart, creative outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person moments
Own your workflow from research to follow-up, with tight execution and zero waiting for direction
Work closely with AEs on strategy and handoffs that convert, not just pass leads
Turn weekly learnings into insights that improve our messaging, motion, and GTM playbook
Represent Blinq at events, run live demos, and be in the office 3 days a week to move faster together

Required

2–3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, breaking into complex accounts with persistence and clarity
Grit, pace, and initiative. You start fast, stay hungry, and don't wait to be told what to try next
Strong communication across channels. You tailor your message and speak with clarity and intent
Commercial instincts that go beyond activity. You think in value, urgency, and outcomes
Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and quick to learn whatever comes next
