They are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to support their accounting operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial information.

Responsibilities
Work alongside multiple departments to process trade partner and vendor invoices and enter them into the accounting system
Communicate with trade partners and vendors to resolve invoice or payment issues if they arise
Review and ensure employee compliance with company credit card policies, including accurate expense coding
Assist with month-end close activities
Monitor job and non-job costs to ensure expenses are complete and accurately recorded
Record inventory entries in the accounting system
Maintain accounting system housekeeping and data accuracy
Support various accounts payable projects as needed
Prepare and send departmental cost reports to department heads
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Organised and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with vendors and internal teams
Takes ownership of their work and enjoys maintaining clean systems and processes
