Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative, operational, and support functions within the office, managing daily workflow, maintaining office organization, and providing assistance across multiple departments as needed.

Provide administrative support to management and employees
Maintain and order office supplies and coordinate facility maintenance and repairs
Support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and special projects as needed
Assist new hires on their first day, in coordination with HR and IT
May supervise 1-2 administrative employees, and provide workload management, and performance oversight
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and 3+ years of administrative or office management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
