Interact face-to-face with retail customers to promote products and services
Educate and inform customers on features, benefits, and current promotions
Accurately complete customer enrollments and provide follow-up when needed
Attend daily sales meetings and team development workshops
Ensure compliance with all client and company standards
Maintain a professional and polished appearance in-store
Contribute to team sales goals and individual performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging with the public
Reliable transportation is required for daily local travel to store locations
Preferred
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
