Define and execute a global B2C sales strategy that delivers sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership
Lead large, multi-market sales operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distribution networks to strengthen market reach
Champion customer excellence, embedding a customer-first mindset across all sales touchpoints
Drive digital transformation in sales through data analytics, AI, CRM, and automation to enhance performance and insight-driven decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies
Establish world-class governance, KPIs, and performance management systems to ensure accountability and transparency

Required

Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making capabilities
