Responsibilities
Originate, market, negotiate, and close real estate investment sales transactions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with private and institutional property owners and investors
Regularly update and contribute to the internal web-based database with client data and transaction details
Conduct risk assessments and develop targeted returns for real estate investments
Perform market research, including sales and lease comparables and property aerial analyses
Collaborate with senior brokers and real estate analysts to support due diligence and underwriting efforts
Represent Blue West Capital at networking and industry events to grow market presence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales
Familiarity with the national net lease real estate market
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
Exceptional communication skills, including listening, speaking, writing, and presenting
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong understanding of financial terms, real estate principles, and market trends
Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
