ON-SITE / IN-OFFICE Part-Time Product Content & Communications Specialist

Money Habitudes is seeking a Part-Time Product Content & Communications Specialist to support the editing, rewriting, development, and modernization of their training, educational, and product-related content. The role involves collaborating with the team to ensure content reflects current behavioral finance research and aligns with best practices in financial counseling.

Responsibilities

Review, edit, and rewrite existing Money Habitudes materials, including assessments, facilitator guides, trainings, and educational resources
Help develop new training content, practitioner resources, and practical applications grounded in the Money Habitudes framework
Ensure consistency, clarity, tone, and flow across all content and communications
Integrate current behavioral finance research and best practices into updated materials
Incorporate knowledge of financial tools and resources available in the market to support educators, counselors, and clients
Support content for presentations, workshops, and learning experiences (content-focused; not slide design)
Collaborate in-office with the Money Habitudes team to align content updates with product goals and practitioner needs
Provide input on improving product presentation, usability, and learning effectiveness
Contribute creative ideas and, when applicable, assist with visual enhancements (graphic design skills are a plus)

Required

Passionate about behavioral finance
Experience in editing, rewriting, and developing training and educational content
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and practical materials

Ability to ensure consistency, clarity, tone, and flow across all content and communications
Knowledge of financial tools and resources available in the market
Ability to support content for presentations, workshops, and learning experiences
Collaborative mindset to work closely with the Money Habitudes team
Ability to provide input on improving product presentation, usability, and learning effectiveness
Creative thinking to contribute ideas and assist with visual enhancements

Preferred

Direct experience with the Money Habitudes framework
