Responsibilities
Ship iOS product early and often—no long ramp, no busywork
Work on a mobile system used in high-stakes environments where precision, latency, and reliability matter
Learn directly from senior engineers, field operators, and real users
Operate with Bletchley-Park intensity—rapid feedback, real consequences, and deployments you might never discuss, but will never forget
Build judgment by seeing what breaks and fixing it
Gain pre-Series A ownership as an early contributor
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in Swift and iOS development
Experience shipping iOS apps via internships, personal projects, open-source work, or startups
Solid understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and platform fundamentals
Comfort operating under ambiguity and learning fast
Clear communication and ownership mindset—we expect responsibility from day one
Rigor and attention to detail
Startup urgency: independent, accountable, relentless execution
U.S. Person status required (may involve export-controlled data)
Preferred
Prototyped interactions in Figma and translated them cleanly into code
Worked with ARKit, Metal, Combine, Accessibility, or spatial UI
