Responsibilities

Develop React features for enhanced user experience
Implement robust backend infrastructure for our AI-powered career coaching chatbot
Integrate and optimize third-party system connections
Create and optimize API endpoints for seamless frontend and AI model interactions
Build performant data processing systems using MongoDB
Manage Docker deployments across cloud environments
Ensure high performance, reliability, and low-latency responses in AI-driven interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML researchers, frontend developers, and product managers

Required

3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience
Strong Python programming skills
Proficient in building scalable applications with Node.js
Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
Strong front-end web development using React

Preferred

Advanced React expertise: State management with Zustand
Data fetching using TanStack Query
Testing implementation with Vitest and Cypress
Build system optimization with Vite
Experience with MongoDB database design and optimization and Firebase authentication for web applications
Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment strategies (GCP, Heroku)
Understanding of prompt engineering techniques and agent orchestration
Message queue system implementation (RabbitMQ/Redis)
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience integrating HRIS, communication data (Zoom, Slack, etc.) or similar data pipelines
